No Words is the title of the depict short film I like that was created by Kike Arroyo, despite the short having no words spoken i believe it speaks a thousand. The simplicity of the title the setting and music really amplifies what is going on in the video. I like this short because it shows exactly what you need to see and allows you to interpret the rest yourself. I also like the use of lighting which expresses how dark it truly is for the individual until she picks up the pregnancy test and the lights flicker on until she places it down again showing that she now has hope. All throughout Kike Arroyo uses close ups which show the emotion of the character wonderfully as you are completely focused on the subject. There is no dialogue but the sound effects along with the rest of the short is amazing in my opinion it amplifies the smaller sounds and the sound of the lady crying it shows how alone she truly is.
